Casa Regina Studio, Casa Regina's "little sister", provides accommodatio for up to 4 people. Ideal for a peaceful holiday in a picturesque medieval village close to the coast.

Subject to availability, the studio can be booked together vwith the bigger house.

Introducing: Casa Regina Studio 

Your holiday home is located in Montalto Ligure, a picturesque, car-free medieval village with winding lanes and stairs. The only thing that you're likely to hear from the terrace is the sound of the frogs from the river below the village. 

Casa Regina Studio is part of a typical  15th centuryLigurian tower house. On two levels, it can accommodate up to 4 people.

You enter the studio through the living and dining area. Here you will find the dining table and a double bed under the vaulted ceiling. Right next to it is the fully equipped kitchen. A  bathroom with shower. WC and washbasin  are also on the ground floor. 

The loft with a double bed is on the second level. 

There is a small area in front of the house  where you can read and relax. If you don't feel like cooking, you can visit La Finestrella, a well-known restaurrant just two minutes from Casa Regina. 

Montalto has a lively village bar and a small grocery store with basic produce. The sandy beaches of the Mediterranean can be reached within 20 minutes and from. The French Riviera is some 45 minutes drive too.

Payment Details

• 30% downpayment (based on rental price excluding final cleaning) at booking
• 70% in cash at arrival
• Final cleaning (€ 50) paid in cash upon arrival
• € 200 safety deposit at arrival, refundable at departure
