Casa Lumina: Perfect blend of style & comfort in an idyllic mountain village

Casa Lumina has been recently fully restored, turning a former ruin into a design jewel. Located in the the charming village of Rezzo in the Ligurian mountains, the villa is ideal refuge for a family of four or two couples. The center of the village with few bars and a restaurant is just few minutes' walk from the house. The neighboring town of Pieve di Teco  with more restaurants, bank and a  pharmacy is 11 km from the house.

The house has two separate units, an apartment on two levels, plus a studio.

Apartment

The apartment is spacious and full of light. The first level consists of beautiful open space with kitchen, dining and living areas with direct access to a beautiful terrace. The terrace  has a table and chairs and is a perfect spot for al fresco dinners.  The upper level features a master bedroom with a spectacular designer bathroom with a bath and shower. 

Studio

The studio is in the same house but has a separate private entrance and has direct access to the garden. It has an integrated sleeping, living and dining area and a separate bathroom with a shower. The functional kitchenette has a sink and cooker with two burners. When not in use, the kitchenette can be transformed in a wooden counter. There's a small foldable table, ideal for meals for two. The sleeping area has a comfortable double bed.
